Students Backpacks

Student Backpack Program

Back to school can be an expensive time for families in need as they try to provide all the supplies needed for a new school year.

In order to help our neighbors in need, FROM offers a Kids’ Backpacks program to help children start the new school year off right by providing a backpack filled with the supplies they need (specific to their school and grade).

To qualify you must:

  • live in the Lowell Area School District
  • or are in a household where the income falls at or below 300% of the federal poverty guidelines (Click here to see current federal poverty guidelines)

Registration closed on August 1st, 2021. If you missed the registration and are in need of Back to School assistance, Please call the Connections Office at 616-897-8260 x 125
